** Special Note about the Non-CME Presentation and Exhibit Space:
- These are non-CME activities. Speaker arrangements, honorarium, and cost of travel / lodging are solely the responsibility of the corporate supporter
- Presentation topic CANNOT be in conflict with the CME program of the 17th Conference on Oct 11-12, 2014
- ALL presentation slides must be emailed to CAMASC for content review at least four (4) weeks prior to event date
- All non-CME presentation schedule and exhibit space preference are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Each presentation topic must be approved by CAMASc in advance.
- Non-CME presentation slots and exhibit space can only be secured when full payment is received

CAMASC is a 501(c) 6 non-profit organization. All contributions or gifts to CAMASC are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. CAMASC observes all privacy laws and will not release any or partial membership / attendee information to any entities other than under lawful order. CAMASC will not endorse any product, service or company due to liabiility issues. No form of solicitation is allowed other than in designated areas of all CAMASC events.
