Information on Continuing Medical Information for Physicians and Other Healthcare Professionals

CME Activity Purpose
The last few years, we have seen an increase in information on health behaviors of North American Chinese.  Many of the risk factors in Chinese patients are among the top ten risk factors for global burden of disease (1) and could account for 50% of the disease burden in the United States.  (2) This wealth of new knowledge provides fresh opportunities in disease prevention, and the application of this evidence will remedy knowledge, competence, and performance gaps in health care providers.
